herbed butter

this is awesome stuff to keep around and it will impress the pants off people.  probably.

The Grub You’ll Need:

a stick of butter, unsalted, softened

1/2 Tbsp finely chopped FRESH rosemary, 1Tbsp finely chopped FRESH basil,

1/2 Tbsp finely chopped FRESH thyme, 1 Tbsp finely chopped FRESH parsley

a pinch of white pepper (I just used the black stuff…its what I had), 1/2 Tbsp honey

What You’ll Do:

Mix it up.

There you go.  Herbed Butter.

If you want to be extra fancy, you can use plastic wrap to make a log, sort of like store-bought cookie dough.  Pop it in the fridge until its hard again and then you can slice it and serve with bread or radishes or baked potatoes or…whatever.  Its good stuff.

    1. It’s fantastic stuff and according to the book, it can be frozen for a little while, too. I used it once on some broccoli and the kids actually ate it of their own accord! 🙂
