I think this is probably a sign that I should make a little green house (in my soul?) for my herbs and maybe some hardy root veggies next (this) year. Thyme, rosemary, sage, chives, lavender…yeah…that sounds like a plan.
I saw a recipe for lavender sugar. I’ll try that.
…but for now, I guess I’ll watch the snow fall and sip hot chocolate, feeling sorry for my poor rosemary.
I loves me some snow days. 🙂

Had Scott’s “Hail” this weekend and was left without a gift to give to the hostess who had the Hail & Farewell at her home. Told Scott just last night that I needed to come up with something to have on-hand. I do believe this lavendar sugar is PERFECT! Thanks for the idea!
